What we collect
When you submit the inquiry or document form we receive the name, phone number, email address, and the statement and files you provide. We use that information only to evaluate your inquiry, check for conflicts of interest, respond to you and, if you become a client, handle your matter.
How it is stored
Submissions and uploaded files are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that only the firm's staff can access, after signing in. Confirmation emails are sent through a transactional email service. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Third-party services
This website is hosted on a cloud platform, loads fonts from Google Fonts, and on the contact page shows an embedded Google map. Those services may receive your IP address when a page loads.
